The short version

• This site is informational. Nothing is sold, there are no accounts and no software is downloaded from here.
• The apps are governed by their own terms, those of their store and those you accept on install.
• You may quote us and use our logo to write about us, no permission needed. What you may not do is imply we sponsor you.
• Our apps are educational. Horme and Epistemis do not diagnose, treat or replace a professional; Eikos does not replace methodological judgement or turn an analysis into clinical advice.

Who is responsible for this site

Somatryx, an independent health and education software project. The contact route for anything — legal matters included — is soporte@somatryx.com. We answer directly; there is no department or intermediary.

What you may do with the content

The text, figures and descriptions on this site are here to be used: you may quote, link and reproduce them when writing about us, citing the source. The press kit exists precisely for that, and you do not need to email us for it.

The name “Somatryx”, the names “Horme”, “Epistemis” and “Eikos” and their logos identify these products. You may use them to refer to them, but not to name your own product or imply a commercial relationship, partnership or endorsement that does not exist. The brand kit is on the press page.

What this site does not do

There is no sign-up, no purchases and no forms: contact is an email address. Exactly what happens when you visit is set out in the privacy policy, which is short because almost nothing happens.

Published Horme and Epistemis downloads come from their stores or product sites. Eikos remains clearly marked as a preview: this website does not yet offer a public installer. Anything installed from a store is delivered by that store under its own terms and payment and refund system.

The same goes for subscriptions. When Horme and Epistemis switch Premium on, the purchase is contracted and charged in the store, not here: we process no payments and never see card details. The prices we announce on the product pages are indicative — the one that counts is the one the store shows you at the point of purchase, with your country’s taxes already applied. Full conditions live in each app’s own terms.

Accuracy of what is published

The figures shown here (exercises, guides, images, questions) come from each app’s real data and are updated when the product is. Even so, a new release can get ahead of this page for a few days. If something does not add up, write to us and we will fix it.

Changes to these terms

If they change, the date above changes too. There is no mailing list to notify you because we collect no addresses: the date is the notice.
