What we won't do

A list of values is only worth anything if it says no to something specific. These are the things we rule out in advance, even when they work commercially — and why.

There will be no ads

A useful ad needs to know who you are, and that requires tracking. It's the door everything else comes through: identifiers, profiles, third parties. Closing it completely is simpler than managing it.

Data is not sold

Not aggregated, not "anonymised", not in exchange for a feature. What you train or what you study is not an asset to monetise.

Your data is not a hostage

Logging and exporting are always free. Charging you to store your own history, or to take it with you, would mean using your work as leverage.

No guilt streaks, no anxious notifications

Streaks can be frozen and reminders respect quiet hours. A health product that makes you feel bad so you come back is broken, however good its retention looks.

Nothing is claimed without a source

Every meaningful recommendation carries its reference and certainty level. If something rests on one small study, we say so — it isn't presented like a systematic review.

Numbers are not invented

When there isn't enough data to score something, it isn't scored. An index with decimals built on a single signal looks like science and is decoration.

So how does this pay for itself?

From subscriptions, when the time comes

Today all three apps are entirely free. The plan is an optional subscription covering what genuinely costs money — the AI we pay for, the advanced analysis, the generators — leaving free the parts that make the product work.

Never behind a paywallMay become paid
Training properly: progression, deloads and calendarProjections, correlations and downloadable reports
Logging your data, unlimited and account-freeAutomatic generators (weekly menu, plans)

Accessibility

Being usable is not an extra

  • Adjustable contrast and text size, and respect for the system theme preference.
  • Everything keyboard-navigable and correctly announced by screen readers.
  • Animations switch themselves off if your system asks for reduced motion.
  • Language adapts to your level: jargon is explained until it no longer needs to be.
  • Neutral Latin American Spanish alongside English, with search that understands regional variants.

If we ever break this

Write and say so: soporte@somatryx.com. This page is published so it can be checked, not to decorate.

When the honest answer is “it depends”, that is what we write. An invented number with decimals reads better and serves worse.

The principle that costs the most and matters the most.

Who writes it

Every line has someone behind it

There is no content department generating text by the yard. What goes into a guide is reviewed by a person, and what cannot be backed by a reference does not go in.

Principles show up within five minutes of use, or they weren't principles.

All three are free, work offline and carry no ads.
