Privacy at somatryx.com

This site uses no cookies, has no analytics and collects no data about you. Here is exactly what happens when you visit it.

Last updated: 1 September 2026

The short version

  • There are no cookies. None, first- or third-party. That's also why there's no banner to dismiss.
  • There's no analytics. We don't know how many people read this or where they came from.
  • There are no forms. Contact is an email address, not a form posting your details to some service.
  • There are no ads or tracking pixels from any network.
  • Nothing loads from other domains: fonts, styles and images all come from this server.

The only thing that is recorded

This site is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google). Like any web server anywhere, its infrastructure logs the requests it receives: IP address, date and time, requested page, response code and browser user agent. Google retains those logs under its own policy, and we don't use them to profile anyone or combine them with any other source.

If you write to the contact address, we receive what anyone receives in an email: your address and whatever you tell us. It's used to reply to you and for nothing else.

The Horme web dashboard

There's one exception, and it isn't on this domain: the Horme web dashboard, where you do sign in. There, browser storage keeps your session open and your own sync data is read. It's covered in the Horme privacy policy, linked below.

The apps do handle your data, and each one explains it in detail:

Eikos privacy

Eikos works without an account and stores projects, analyses, preferences and history on the device. The statistical engine, the guides, the notebook, the R and Python console, reports and exports ask for nothing; the only feature with an account is the included AI, explained below. With AI off—the initial setting—or with a local model, those data never leave the device. There are no ads, analytics or trackers.

If you choose remote AI, before every transfer Eikos shows a manifest with the destination and how much information will leave. With your own key, the transfer goes directly to the selected provider and Somatryx is not involved. With the included AI, the request passes through a Somatryx function and then the provider; it is the only mode that needs an account: an email address, a password and confirming the address. It is asked for because the free monthly allowance is counted per person, and without a stable identity that limit bounds nothing. Against that account Somatryx retains your email address, the technical identifier Firebase Authentication assigns to it, and usage counters. Your email is not shared with anyone, is not sent to the AI providers and is not used for advertising. Somatryx does not store questions, attachments or answers, and does not use them to train models; the remote provider processes them under its own terms.

Supported remote destinations are Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI and DeepSeek, plus Ollama on the local machine. Eikos does not send anything to all of them: it uses only the destination selected and declared in the manifest.

Everything Eikos stores on your device is removed by uninstalling the app or clearing its data from your system settings. The included-AI account and its counters are deleted from inside Eikos, and this works even if you have not confirmed your email yet: Defend › AI › Settings › AI account privacy and deletion. The full walkthrough is at eikos.somatryx.com/en/delete-account; if you cannot open the app, write to soporte@somatryx.com. Aggregated counters, from which no individual can be reconstructed, may be retained as capacity statistics.

Your rights

You can ask us for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of any personal data we hold about you. In practice, if you use our apps without an account we hold none; if you use an account, almost everything can be resolved inside the app, instantly. For anything else: soporte@somatryx.com, and we reply within 30 days at the latest.

Changes to this policy

If this site ever starts using cookies or analytics, it will be stated here and the date above will change before it goes live, not after.

Want to verify it? Open your browser's developer tools, network tab, and reload this page. Every request goes to this same domain, and browser storage is empty.
